Switcheo swh to swth swap

Hello everyone,
Can we start a discussion regarding a propsal to the community at forum.switcheo.foundation and switcheo discord to guage the communities thoughts on doing the swap. As you know, the swap was open for a long time and finished a long time ago. But some people missed it.
I was bedridden for over 2 years and had little or no access to the internet.
You would have to put in the proposal where the tokens would come from and how they would be swapped. It would need to be very detailed.
I am not technically sound to put the plan how to swap the tokens. Can anybody do it
