      Summary

      The v2.3.0 software upgrade for Carbon contains the following changes:

      Improvements

      • Add permissionless market creation - this removes the previous CreateMarket gov proposal in favour of a permissionless MsgCreateMarket (5000 SWTH fee)
      • Add a last_updated_block_height column to orders off-chain database
      • Add MsgUpdateToken (admin) for updating non-logic affecting token details
      • Add MsgUpdateOracle (admin) and MsgRemoveOracle (admin) for editing and removing oracles
      • Simplify x/liquiditypool token denoms - new denoms will follow clpt/<pool-id> format
      • Populate the x/coin tokens list whenever a new IBC denom is found
      • Add market stats GRPC query
      • Optimize transactions GRPC query
      • Add allocated_margin, lots, opened_at, and closed_at to positions GRPC query
      • Combined open/closed positions WS query into a single positions query
      • Batch sending of msgs into a single txn in oracle service
      • Add Neo N3 support for fee service
      • Move polynetwork-cosmos modules into carbon

      Bug Fixes

      • Fix panic in /carbon/market/v1/stats query
      • Fix update-market cli cmd
      • Fix missing GRPC queries for x/inflation
      • Fix incorrect MsgEditBridgeName implementation
